Spencer L Busteed

307-272-0244

Spencer was raised in the Carolinas and fell in love with real estate at a very young age, playing and learning around his grandfather’s construction sites. He studied psychology and business at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. Spencer had what some people know to be “itchy feet” and spent time in his 20s exploring the country. Experiencing places like St. John USVI, San Diego, CA, and Bozeman, MT, gave Spencer a great understanding of people from across the United States. Having become a homeowner fairly recently, he strives to help as many as possible to feel the satisfaction of home ownership. At the same time having a deep interest in the beautiful land we call Cody Country, vacant land, development, and helping folks adjust as they come or go, Spencer strives to make every transaction as stress-free as possible.
